Tackling TB, together.

No farmer should face a bovine TB breakdown alone.

TB Champions is a Community Interest Company (CIC). TB Champions provides practical, peer-led support to farming families navigating the challenges of bovine TB. Working alongside veterinary and statutory services, we ensure farmers have someone consistent, informed and trusted to stand with them throughout the breakdown process.

Each participating farm is paired with a trained local TB Champion who offers reassurance, coordination, and guidance - helping farmers stay informed, confident and supported during an isolating and complex time.

Why does TB Champions exist?

Bovine TB affects far more than cattle. It disrupts businesses, increases costs, restricts movement, and places significant strain on farming families’ wellbeing and decision-making.

Research shows 91% of farmer’s experience poor mental health during TB breakdowns, highlighting the urgent need for structured support tailored specifically to this challenge.

TB Champions CIC was established to meet that need.
